By default, all time series charts display according to the timezone set in your user profile; make sure that it’s set correctly. Path performance charts can optionally be displayed according to monitoring point time zone if that perspective suits you better. In that case, make sure that the monitoring point timezone matches the location so that your data is shifted the correct number of hours before it is displayed.

User timezone

Delivery of scheduled reports is based on user timezone. Path performance data is displayed according to user timezone by default.

  1. Hover on your username.
  2. Click ‘update time zone’.

Device timezone

Accurate system time is critical to your monitoring point’s ability to connect to AppNeta Performance Manager and correctly timestamp monitoring results. Alert time ranges rely on the monitoring point timezone setting. If the timezone is incorrect, your alert conditions we not be applied at the time you intended. In addition, a toggle is provided to display path performance charts according to monitoring point timezone; make sure that the monitoring point timezone matches its physical location so that your data is shifted the correct number of hours before it is displayed.

There is a minor caveat when using daylight saving timezones: when your time range filter includes the daylight savings boundary, the x-axis of the time series honors standard time. If this is undesirable you can temporarily change your user profile to use a standard timezone.
