  • Hop identity changes are now visible—We have updated the Routes pane to provide visibility into cases where aspects of a hop’s identity have changed. The cases covered include a change in the AS/network it belongs to or a change to its hostname.
  • Auto-login to Support and Training portals from APM—Once you are actively logged in to APM, you can now go directly to the Support portal or the Training portal without having to re-enter your credentials. Your APM credentials are used for login.

Changes to be aware of

  • Inferred networks indicated by *—In the Route Visualization of the Network Paths page, there are cases where we can only infer that a source, hop, or target belongs to the corporate network. In these cases, we use an asterisk (*) to indicate that the network is inferred.
  • Click whitespace to unlock data bar—In the Route Visualization of the Network Paths page, clicking an object locks the object information in the data bar. You can now click the whitespace outside the diagram (in addition to clicking the object itself or the unlock icon () to unlock the data bar.
