Technical Support help desk change
As mentioned in our September 12 Customer Webinar, we are migrating our Technical Support help desk to Salesforce Service Cloud so we may serve you better. That move has been confirmed and is scheduled to occur Friday, September 28 between 1:00pm and 5:00pm Pacific Time.
There are some important points to be aware of:
- There will be no impact to AppNeta products, Monitoring Points, or support availability during this time.
- You may continue to email or call us during the migration period as needed.
- When complete, any open support tickets you have sent to us will be visible in your new ticket portal.
- You do not need to change your login process and will be able to see your tickets as usual at https://tickets.appneta.com when the migration is complete.
