You can edit a path after it’s been created. Any time you change a path attribute, monitoring is restarted; this point is marked on performance charts with a vertical grey line.

AppNeta Performance Manager (APM) prevents you from combining conflicting attributes like data target type with voice alert threshold. Even when bulk editing, the if there’s a mismatch, the change isn’t applied to the offending path.

  1. Navigate to Delivery > Path List.
  2. Select 50x50_trans.png > Reset Path Name.

Edit multiple paths

  1. Navigate to Delivery > Path List.
  2. Click ‘bulk action’.
  3. Select the paths you want to edit.
  4. From the drop down next to ‘bulk action’, select the action you want to perform.

Reset path name

You can rename a path to the default SourceName <-> TargetName. Use this option after a hostname change to update your paths. This only available as a bulk action if the path name is already set to the default.

  1. Navigate to Delivery > Path List.
  2. Select 50x50_trans.png > Reset Path Name.
