Log in to web admin

Log in directly:

  1. Find the hostname or IP of your device at > Manage Monitoring Points.
  2. Enter the IP address or hostname in the address bar of your web browser.
    • Use https://hostname-or-ip for m25, m35, v35, r45.
    • Use http://hostname-or-ip for m22, m30, r40, or r400.

Log in via APM:

  1. Make sure you created a firewall rule for our capture server.
  2. Navigate to > Manage Monitoring Points.
  3. Click ‘Launch Monitoring Point Web Admin…’ in the right side panel.

Can’t log in?

  1. Make sure the device status is OK 50x50_trans.png.
  2. Make sure the device is upgraded to the latest software.
  3. Make sure you’re using http:// or https:// as appropriate.
  4. If using a hostname, try again using its IP.
  5. If using a public IP, verify that port forwarding is enabled on the device performing NAT.
  6. Make sure you created a firewall rule for our capture server.
  7. Power cycle the device or ssh into it and reboot.
  8. Open a support ticket.

Password reset

Try logging in with the default credentials. If that doesn’t work, reset the web admin password.
