You can generate a PDF report of the Application Usage Monitoring Point Details charts based on the currently filtered time range. The report can be downloaded directly or scheduled for generation and distribution.

Download a report

You can download a PDF report containing Usage charts to your computer.

To download a report:

  1. Navigate to Usage > Monitoring Points.
  2. Click the name of the monitoring point you are interested in.
    • The Application Usage Monitoring Point Details page is displayed.
  3. In separate tabs, create and configure all the charts you want in the report.
  4. Select > Download PDF.
  5. Select the tabs you want to include in the report.
  6. Click Generate Report.
    • The Application Usage Detail Report is downloaded to your computer.

Scheduled reports

Scheduled reports provide a way to have one or more Application Usage Monitoring Point Details reports generated and emailed automatically to a list of recipients as often as every day.

Create a scheduled report

To create a scheduled report:

  1. Navigate to Usage > Monitoring Points.
  2. Click the name of the monitoring point you are interested in.
    • The Application Usage Monitoring Point Details page is displayed.
  3. In separate tabs, create and configure all the charts you want in the report.
  4. Click Schedule Report.
  5. In the Name field, enter a name for the schedule.
  6. In the Frequency field, select the reporting frequency.
    • All reports are delivered at midnight.
    • Daily reports are delivered daily.
    • Weekly reports are delivered on Sunday.
    • Biweekly reports are delivered every other Monday on even days of the year.
    • Monthly reports are delivered on the 1st of every month.
  7. In the Report Filename field, select the report filename format.
  8. In the Send to Email field, specify the email addresses to send the report to.
  9. In the Report Parameters field, select the report tabs to include in the report.
  10. Click Save.
    • The scheduled report is created. The report tabs specified will be generated and distributed according to the report schedule specified.

View scheduled reports

To view a list of scheduled reports:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Scheduled and Saved Reports.
    • The scheduled reports are listed in the Scheduled Reports section.

Run a scheduled report

You can run a scheduled report at any time.

To run a scheduled report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Scheduled and Saved Reports.
  2. In the Scheduled Reports section, for the scheduled report you want to run, select > Run.
    • The scheduled report is run.

Edit a scheduled report

You can only edit the scheduled reports you created unless you have Organization Admin privileges.

To edit a scheduled report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Scheduled and Saved Reports.
  2. For the schedule you want to edit, select > Edit.
  3. Update the schedule as appropriate.
  4. Click Save.
    • The scheduled report is updated.

Delete a scheduled report

To delete a scheduled report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Scheduled and Saved Reports.
  2. For the schedule you want to delete, select > Delete.
  3. Click OK.
    • The scheduled report is deleted.
